Un1ted does not in any way sell or transfer your Personal Data to any third party without your separate consent. No third party may offer you its goods or services through Power Fitness Lithuania electronic systems. Un1ted does not use your Personal Data for direct marketing purposes. If Un1ted uses your personal data for direct marketing purposes, you should always be able to opt out.

Un1ted is guided by the following basic principles of personal data processing:

  1. Personal data is collected for defined and legitimate purposes

  2. Personal data is processed accurately and fairly

  3. Personal data is processed lawfully

  4. All information about the personal data processed is confidential

When managing and storing your personal data, Un1ted implements organizational and technical measures that ensure protection of personal data from accidental or illegal destruction, alteration, disclosure, as well as from any other illegal processing. Personal data is processed in accordance with the 2016 April 27 Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data.

  1. Fulfill other contractual obligations.

  3. Un1ted having received your request for personal data processing, will provide you with an answer no later than within 30 calendar days from the date of your request. Only requests for the processing of personal data submitted by e-mail or by post will be considered.

  4. Un1ted Members / Clients have the right to request the transfer or deletion of information related to their payment history and information provided by them. Such requests shall be executed within 30 days from receipt of the e-mail or by post.
